Your Expert Tech SMS Program

Program description

The Your Expert Tech SMS Program provides customer-care responses, technical-support communications, appointment reminders, service updates, account notifications, and other messages related to a request or business relationship. Promotional messages are sent only when the recipient has provided the consent required for that type of message.

How consent is obtained

You may opt in through a website form that specifically offers SMS consent, a service or appointment request, a written agreement, or another documented method that clearly asks you to receive text messages from Your Expert Tech. By opting in, you authorize Your Expert Tech to send text messages to the mobile number you provide, including messages sent using an automated system when applicable.
